Yesterday, I had a great doctor's visit because I finally got to hear the baby's heartbeat with just the digital doppler - this is something that they have yet to accomplish at my last 2 visits resulting in having an ultrasound done - well NOT this time - Thank you Lord! I just love hearing what Landon calls the "boom-boom", the heart beating - it was a strong and FAST heartbeat at 161-166 beats/minute. I just was so shocked because with Landon I don't think he ever got out of the 140's - I even asked the doctor, "is that okay?" She smiled and chuckled, "oh yeah, that is definitely nice and strong!!! No need to worry! I will have my 18-20 week fetal anatomy ultrasound here in the next couple of weeks in which will also check on my placenta to see if it has moved up! If all is well, then I have a clear ticket to go ahead on my trip to see my family for Thanksgiving in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I know I have a lot of prayer warriors out there, some whom I have never met, and that just brings tears to my eyes knowing that God is working through HIS children by prayer ..................from thousands of miles away! I can't thank everyone enough for your thoughts and prayers - "keep them coming too" - smile smile! I know the Lord is doing a mighty work in my own life and the life that HE is creating in my womb - it is AWESOME!
I have been asked by soooo many people, "What are you having?", "Are you going to find out?" - and the answer is still no! Unless it is really obvious on the scan, like Landon was, we will be in 'suspense' for yet another 5 months - wow time is really going fast - 5 months! I have told some of you of my vision I had in the middle of the night one night before I was even pregnant that woke me and brought me to tears galore! I will share this vision in another posting! Let's just say that I am still searching for the perfect blue and pink little hat for when the baby is born!

I am so glad to hear that your appointment went well yesterday! Also, I never heard the story about the vision you had, but I would love to hear it someday soon. On a different note, did you find a new bedspread yesterday? Thanks for the new post on your blog. I love you!
